Your card has to be you

• You must be 18 or older.
• Only make a card of yourself, from a photo of you. No cards of friends, exes, classmates, celebrities or anyone else.
• Keep it playful. No slurs, hate, threats, sexual content, harassment, or anyone's private information (addresses, phone numbers). We screen what you type and we act on reports.

We can hide or remove cards that break these rules, and refuse to print them. If a card is of you and you didn't make it, report it or write to hello@killburgercorp.com.

Your stuff

You own your photo and your words. You let us store, display and print them, and show your card to the people you share it with, so the service works. Your portrait and suggested words are made by AI: check them before you print.

The game

• The Scratch is free, can't be bought and has no cash value. Its odds are on How it works. Finishes and free cards can't be sold or transferred.
• Free cards are added to your next printed pack, up to 10 per pack. Invite rewards count once your friend is playing (they mug someone or order).
• Faking mugs (extra cards of yourself, shared codes, bots) can cost you your rewards and your card.

Printed cards

Payments aren't live yet, so checkout is a demo that charges nothing. When they are: prices are shown with shipping before you pay, and each card prints exactly as the proof. See Shipping & returns.

Your card, your device

There are no passwords: your card is tied to the browser you made it in. Keep your backup link safe. If someone else gets it, they can edit or delete your card.

The fine print

Mug is provided as is. We work to keep it running and your cards safe, but we can't promise it will never break, and we're not liable for indirect losses. We may change these terms; if a change matters, we'll say so on the site first. If something goes wrong, write to us and we'll try to fix it.
